Every best effort was made to copy these down accurately, but if you see an error, it's accidental; please let me know! In some cases, if a range was presented, I assumed a normal distribution, took an average, and then finally, rounded up if applicable. It's not going to be perfect but my goal here is to paint a picture that is directionally correct, *NOT* to create a scientific treatise to be presented in front of the global statistics tribunal!
