First doses administered to children 5 to 11 years old in MD

Gov. Larry Hogan, R, announced Nov. 3 that children 5 to 11 years old were eligible for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. In the two weeks since his announcement, nearly 80,000 children have received their first dose at schools, pharmacies and primary care offices.
