Each year, The Economist surveys thousands of students and alumni from the ranked schools for their opinions on a variety of issues. Among the surprises this year is that eight of the top ten MBA programs showed a decline in student satisfaction over their educational experience, with only Duke and Michigan scoring better than they did in 2019. Even though Harvard ranked first overall, the school took the biggest hit on this dimension, plunging to 81st place from sixth in 2019.
