Conservative Rep. Doug LaMalfa Has Held District 1 Since 2012

In 2010, the lines of California's District 1 were redrawn, making it a much solidly conservative district. In the four elections since that redistricting, Republican Rep. Doug LaMalfa has continued to hold the district's Congressional seat.
