Fannie Mae sees little mortgage rate relief through 2027

Fannie Mae's May latest housing forecast projects the 30-year fixed mortgage rate will hold at 6.3% through the end of 2026, after the Iran War pushed rates up nearly half a percentage point from a multi-year low hit in late February.
