The Ministry of Rural Development and Lands (MDRyT) budget will fall by 20% for the 2025 fiscal year, after a sustained increase of more than 100% over the past six years. The Mi Pozo (My Well) program, aimed at providing water to the municipalities most affected by drought, was reduced by 20% in 2025 and represents 4% of the ministry's budget.
