Monthly homes sale volumes lagged behind 2019 levels in the Spring, sped up in Summer and Fall.

The onset of the pandemic slowed home sales in April, May and June to levels well below normal levels. In late summer and early Fall, however, the pace picked up and total transactions in July through November have exceeded 2019 volumes.
