Projected municipal solid waste New Yorkers will divert

If the amount of waste generated stays constant, New York's population continues to rise,and the state inches closer to its 2050 goal of achieving an 85% recycling rate, New Yorkers will dispose of less waste for combustion or landfill year-over-year.
