Note: Deep poverty is defined here as 50% of the federal poverty line. Time-limited adults refers to adults newly subject to CalFresh time limits due to H.R. 1 expansion to older adults aged 55 to 64 and caregivers of children 14 and older or due to the elimination of the exemption for people experiencing homelessness. Parents of children younger than 14 are excluded.
