Core NYC Weekly Residential Contract-Signings: February 9-15, 2026

During the second week of February 2026, 43 residential contracts were signed across New York City for homes asking more than $3.9 million. The past week was the highest weekly total of the year by number of deals and dollar amount by last ask. At the high-end, activity was concentrated in Central Park–side and Downtown west side neighborhoods. Townhouses and townhouse-style condominiums accounted for seven of the top 20 deals.

For the third consecutive week, 1122 Madison Avenue led the market by total dollar volume at last ask, with over $80 million in signed contracts. Meanwhile, Brooklyn’s One Domino Square recorded the highest transaction count, with seven contracts totaling nearly $26 million at last ask, including a record-breaker for Williamsburg by price per square foot.
