Where Minnesota law enforcement agencies have signed agreements with ICE

Seven Minnesota counties contain law enforcement agencies that signed agreements under ICE’s 287(g) program. Cass and Itasca counties say their agreements are no longer valid.

Crow Wing County has agreements under two 287(g) models. Mille Lacs County includes two participating agencies: the Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office and Isle Police Department.
