New affordable housing projects underway in Merced County

About 11 affordable housing projects are ongoing in Merced County. The city of Merced is working on eight affordable housing projects, the most in the county, followed by Livingston with two (River Glen Apartments and Tierrasanta Villas Apartments) and Los Banos with one (One Tree). The cities of Atwater, Gustine and Dos Palos have no new affordable projects in the pipeline.
