Unemployment rate since federation and effective unemployment rate

The effective unemployment rate takes into account employed people working zero hours (e.g. those on JobKeeper) plus those who have lost and stopped looking for work since March. Data prior to 1966 are interpolated from annual data. Data from 1966 to 1978 are interpolated from quarterly data. Data from 1978 are monthly.
