Emergency Declarations In West Virginia By County

Emergency declarations from the office of Gov. Jim Justice as of April 9, 2024 at 12:15 p.m.

Barbour, Brooke, Fayette, Hancock, Kanawha, Lincoln, Nicholas, Marshall, Ohio, Wetzel and Wood counties are currently under a state of emergency over storm damage this week. All 55 counties are also under a state of preparedness declaration, which encourages vigilance over public safety.
