Dozens Dead After Ferry Fire in the Philippines

At around 10:40 p.m., Wednesday, Philippine Coast Guard officials received reports that a ferry, which left Zamboanga headed for Sulu, was ablaze off the coast of Basilan province in the southern part of the country. Search and rescue operations remain underway.
