Most common health hazards at food establishments

These are the top health hazards uncovered by St. Clair County health inspectors from Jan. 1 to March 31, 2022, according to a quarterly report prepared for the health department.

This table includes only violations of “important practices or procedures identified as the most prevalent contributing factors” of food poisoning, according to regulators. Food establishments can be cited for other health code violations that are considered less serious than these issues.
