Apartment-ready land near Elizabethtown sold

An affiliate of property management company Greystar has paid $8.68 million for the nearly 29-acre apartment portion of the proposed Klein Mills development at 1376 Campus Road in Mount Joy Township. Eleven apartment buildings with a total of 280 units have been approved for the site. Klein Mills also includes 209 proposed single-family homes.
