Aviation museum's expansion on hold for 13 years

The Harold F. Pitcarin Wings of Freedom Aviation Museum's plans to expand from five to 13 acres and construct a new building have been on hold since PFAS was discovered at the Naval Air Station-Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove in Horsham, Montgomery County.
