Only 53% of Florida 3rd graders passed the FSA English test in 2022. How did Tampa Bay counties do?

The FSA for English Language Arts in 2022 only had 53% of the state's third graders pass. To pass the test, students had to score a 3 or higher on the achievement scale. The scale is graded from 1 to 5. Since 2015, Florida students have not reached a 60% pass threshold among the state's Grade 3 classes.
