As this Airwars chart shows, likely fatalities from Turkish strikes in Afrin were at their lowest levels at the start of February - however, by the end of the month they were rising once more, and reached peak levels in the week of March 16th, immediately prior to Turkey's announcement that it had captured Afrin, on March 18th.
