U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein has a solid advantage among likely voters in the June 5 election, but fellow Democrat Kevin de Leon is battling a little-known Republican for second and a place in the November runoff.
The poll was conducted online April 16-22 in English and Spanish, among 1,738 Californians deemed likely to vote in the June 5 election. The voters were selected by a sampling method designed to resemble the state's demographic and regional profile. The margin of error is plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.
