Note: This figure shows total bilateral aid commitments to Ukraine across donors in € billion between 24/I/2022 to 15/I/2024. It includes bilateral commitments to Ukraine. Does not include private donations, support for refugees outside of Ukraine, and aid by international organisations. Commitments by EU Institutions include Commission and Council, EPF and EIB. Financial commitments that are made explicitly for military and weapons purchases are counted as military aid.
