Delinquency has fallen and narrowed among major Canadian CMAs, reaching 10-year lows in and around 2022, but have more recently shown signs of increase.

Note: Data from Q1 2019 and after have been subject to revisions by CMHC following the discovery of complications in reporting between financial services providers and Equifax, the corporation's data source.
