Due to the small sample size in each district and county, numbers are approximate. Column with header “Losing MSP eligibility” refers to people with incomes at 202 – 250 percent of FPL who would no longer be eligible for any MSP program. Column with header “Reduced MSP benefit eligibility” refers to people with incomes at 150-185 percent of FPL who would be eligible for less generous MSP benefits that do not help pay for cost-sharing. This table represents the number of people potentially eligible for MSP, not the number who would enroll.
