Beliefs about, preferences for and actual ratios of CEO to average full-time worker income across countries

Respondents were asked about their beliefs about the average income of CEOs and the income of the average full-time worker. Income ratios were calculated by the paper's authors using the Bloomberg CEO Pay Index.
