Over the third full week of August 2025, the number of Manhattan apartment and townhouse contract signings fell 5% with 190 deals totaling $392 million in potential sales if all units close at their asking prices. This was a 5% drop week-over-week. The median asking price also fell 5% to $1.29 million, while the average time on market swelled to 123 days.
