Undue Medical Debt relieves debts for individuals whose debt is 5% or more of their annual income or who make less than 400% of the federal poverty level, that's $62,600 a year. Most hospitals have charity care available for patients making 200% of the federal poverty level ($31,300) to 300% ($46,950).
