Race/ethnicity is estimated using BISG (RAND 2009). For the first six columns, the numerator is net migration for that racial/ethnic group over the period and the denominator is the average county population for whom we observe estimated race/ethnicity over the period. The last column is the sum of all non-White groups minus the White group.
