Going test-blind enabled more weak applicants to be admitted

This is the average, over each three-year period, of the number admitted to at least one campus divided by the number who applied to at least one campus. Honors classes are yearlong classes taken in 10th-12th grade and include AP, IB, and UC-certified honors classes. Data excludes students from other states and countries.
