Kansas City still below 50% despite reaching 1 million people fully vaccinated

The Kansas City region hit a milestone over the weekend when it reached more than 1 million people fully vaccinated. But the metro area remains below 50% of its population fully vaccinated, according to data by the Mid-America Regional Council. Kansas counties in the MARC region are at 55.58% while Missouri counties in the MARC region are at 43.22%.
