Manhattan Residential Contracts from June 2-8, 2025

Last week, Manhattan saw 252 apartment and townhouse contract signings, totaling nearly $630 million in potential sales if all units close at their asking prices. This is a slight decrease in dollar amount from the previous week despite a slight increase in transactions. The overall median asking price of signed units was steady at $1.495 million, as the figure for signed condos fell below $2M and co-ops rose above $1M. The average time on market dropped to 97 days.
