Norwalk's potential capital funding fluctuates throughout the budget process

Capital funding requests for the city's departments and the school district came in December this year for the upcoming 2025-2026 fiscal year. Norwalk's Board of Estimate and Taxation sets the capital budget limit for each fiscal year and the Common Council finalizes the budget within the cap.
