Three-month employment outcomes improved at five of the seven M7 schools in 2025. MIT Sloan posted the largest gain in job acceptances, while Columbia reported the highest acceptance rate at 90.2%. Wharton and Kellogg were the only schools where both offers and acceptances declined year over year.
