Indirect age-adjustment has been used. Indigenous death rates for Alabama and Louisiana were not calculated because fewer than 15 deaths were reported. Arizona and New Mexico report deaths for Asians and Pacific Islanders jointly, so a small number of Pacific Islanders are included in the Asian data. Population data from the U.S. Census Bureau, 2015-2019 American Community Survey five-year estimates.
