Town Highway Disaster Reserve Benchmarks

This dataset is for use by municipal officials to identify funds needed for financial readiness. Potential levels of Annual Contribution can be evaluated alongside relative levels of transportation vulnerability. Cumulative contributions and interest earnings in related reserves can be compared against the Disaster Reserve Target to evaluate whether a municipality is sufficiently funded and fiscally prepared.
