Kentucky's high hazard dams in poor or worse condition

A Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection report ranked 71 high hazard dams in poor or worse condition by the need for repairs and rehabilitation. Most are owned by local governments or private individuals or organizations.   

The state report excludes 17 additional high hazard dams in poor condition because the dams' condition is from a lack of maintenance, something that's "not currently impacting the structural stability" of those dams.
