Anne Arundel had the largest homeschooling uptick in the state
All Baltimore-area school districts reported more homeschoolers in fall 2024 than they did pre-pandemic.
An arrow chart shows percent increase in the number of reported homeschoolers between the 2019-2020 and 2024-2025 school years in five Maryland counties. All gains are greater than 10 percent. Anne Arundel County, which had the largest percent increase, is second from the top of the chart.
