Across Ukraine, there are three top priorities for rebuilding

A survey asked Ukrainians what their top priority was for rebuilding their nation after the war ends someday. In eastern regions, hardest hit by the war, the top three priorities are energy, housing and national defense – the same as those in western regions, which have escaped much of the fighting. And those priorities are shared nationwide. All other potential areas of investment are far behind, including health care, communication and transportation.
