Proposed new elementary boundaries (mostly) split J.W. area in half

If J.W. Smith Elementary closes, students north of Paul Bunyan Drive would go to Northern, and students south of Paul Bunyan Drive would go to Lincoln. The exception is students living in Conifer Villas and Estates, who would go to Horace May.
