Duke Corporate Education bucked the trend in FT's annual list of customized programs: The Durham, North Carolina-based provider of leadership courses in one of only a handful of U.S. programs in an otherwise Euro-centric ranking. B-schools headquartered in Europe offer nine of the leading 12 custom courses.
