The U.S. bought nearly 25 million courses of Paxlovid, Lagevrio, and Evusheld. Most haven't been used yet, but the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services says that free supply will run out within months.

Lagevrio: a total of 3 million courses were purchased. 27% have been used. 59% have been delivered to pharmacies but not used. 14% are still unordered.
Evusheld: a total of 1.7 million courses were purchased. 38% have been used. 19% have been delivered to pharmacies but not used. 42% are still unordered.
