Which business schools graduate the highest-paid alumni. In their first year, Harvard Business School holds the title. Their ’22 grads collected $198,180, on average, in base and bonus. This topped Stanford GSB ($198,032) by the thinnest of margins. Despite being ranked 10th by U.S. News, NYU Stern MBAs earned $196,143 to start in 2022, outperforming both #1 Chicago Booth and cross-town rival Columbia Business School. In terms of base pay, Stanford GSB grads actually earned nearly $9,400 more than their Harvard Business School counterparts, with NYU Stern tumbling to 6th (and behind both Chicago Booth and Columbia Business School) by the same measure.
