Flooding on the Delaware River in Philadelphia

The Delaware River in Philadephia at Washington Avenue crested at a preliminary record of 10.66 feet early Wednesday morning, surpassing the previous record set during Superstorm Sandy in 2011. The river is forecast to reach the "moderate" flood stage later Wednesday night and early Thursday morning.
