School corporations impacted by HB 1136

Under House Bill 1136, if more than 50% of students within a school corporation's boundaries attend schools not operated by the district, the corporation must be dissolved by 2028 and its schools converted to charter schools.

** Students with legal settlement in the school corporation boundaries and who are enrolled in and attending a school in the public school corporation or charter; or a non-public school as part of the Choice Scholarship program.
