Over half of habeas corpus petitions granted in NH federal district court
Over half of the habeas petitions filed by immigration detainees have been granted -- largely for requests for a bond hearing.
Of the 250 cases, 52% were Granted, 12% are open, 16% withdrawn, 12% dismissed, 8% Denied and 2% Other.
