X-axis denotes the week of unemployment.
Partial UI refers to those reporting earnings during that week as a percent of paid claims. Denied UI Payment is as a percent of Potentailly Eligible Claims, which is the sum of the number of paid claims and the number of denied claims due to excess earnings or full-time work (see report). Does not include PUA claims.
