Across eight FIFA World Cup matches monitored at the venue, the Medical Unit Patient Contact (MUPC) recorded 867 patient encounters, averaging 108 encounters per match. Patient volume varied across matches, with the FIFA Final recording the highest number of encounters (162).

Patient encounters include both patrons (fans) and employees treated by the MUPC during the monitored matches, as well as the total patients seen across matches.
