Buchanan General Hospital's annual tax forms showed payments to the children of two of its top executives, labeled as tuition assistance. On the forms, they are listed as grants. Because of how the amounts are reported, it's unclear whether each year's dollar figure was a new award, or whether the total accumulated year by year.
