Here is the percentage of COVID-19 patients who are hospitalized compared with the total hospital capacity for each of the 19 counties that make up Trauma Service Area E. On Dec. 7, this 19-county area recorded an overall hospitalization rate of 15.87%. That exceeds the 15% threshold set by the governor to help control the spread of the coronavirus.
