A series of bar charts shows what employees say they're wearing to work, from a U.S. survey conducted Aug. 1-23, 2023, of workers who are not self-employed. There are three bar charts, one each for all workers, men and women. Among all workers, 41% said they wear business casual clothing, 31% said they wear casual street clothes, 23% said they wear a uniform and 3% said they wear business professional clothing. Among workers identifying as women, 51% said they wear business casual clothing, 30% said they wear casual street clothes, 14% said they wear a uniform and 3% said they wear business professional clothing. Among workers identifying as men, 32% said they wear business casual clothing, 33% said they wear casual street clothes, 31% said they wear a uniform and 3% said they wear business professional clothing.
